I’ve always wondered at the people who LOSE their appetite when stressed. Or the people who handle stress by working out (which only made me feel more stressed). A very, very hot bath is the closest substitute I’ve been able to come up with. Unfortunately, my stress can usually outlast the hot water. LOL. Youtube is fun though.
Do you ever eat when your not stressed? I mean OVER eat?
Yeah, I’ve noticed that if I’m not aware and just on autopilot I can’t control anything
I’m really enjoying these.
