  9. Lao Tseu’s Tao tö king. Despite the dated aspect and the virtue-centered writing, some of the content is really helpful, as simple reminders of the essential. I could hardly explain how or why it can help, but I do feel it can.

  13. Hi, I have been keeping a gratitude journal for over a year now. I like the idea of going 5 minutes w/o negative thoughts. I will check out that book. I have 2 books that I really enjoy they are: “365 Prescriptions for the Soul” By: Dr. Bernie S.
