The body and the mind are connected and reciprocally control one another. It is true that when one individual can accomplish something, there is no reason why someone else can’t accomplish or do it. Knowing that someone can essentially succeed in a certain activity or field means that you can obtain the same result from another individual.

Presupposition said that legitimate understanding comes from real experience. You might have read most books, but you need to really do it in order to make the most out of it. Respect for the other person’s model of the world. Everyone has a unique model of the world. You do not have to agree with someone, but try to respect that not everyone does things your way.

You are accountable of what goes on inside your own mind and so are the results and consequences of these thoughts. It is you who makes a choice regarding how you perceive reality, also you who have the capacity to alter that and even map your own road towards anything you like to achieve or go to.
