NLP means Neuro Linguistics Programming. NLP is used to program the brain. It is mostly similar with hypnosis. Both NLP and hypnosis has almost same techniques. But NLP techniques are more special and easy for bypassing the mind. NLP has extraordinary success in the world of motivation and therapy. There are many techniques in NLP systems. They are fixed commands, time deformation, similes, reframing, metaphors, presuppositions and eye accessing cues etc. If anyone want to improve his goal and want to reduce his self defeating habits then he can simply learn one about the techniques of NLP. Let’s take a technique, i.e. anchoring for example. Imagine that once you experienced very shocking feelings. Suppose you were in an elevator at childhood once. From then riding in an elevator has become a very anxious and fearful matter for you. With this, the full blown phobia is added. Now you want to get rid of such painful experience and riding an elevator comfortably. For reducing your fear you have to follow a technique. Go inside your mind. Recall it or simply imagine you’re most pleasant or funny experiences. When your imagination is fully appearing and you feel like comfortable, then press your earlobe with your index and middle fingers to your forehead. This technique is called anchor. Your subconscious mind is surrounded by your pleasant imagination. Now repeat the techniques for several moments. Thus your imagination power would be strengthen. After that go back to your mind again and now imagine that you are standing in front of an elevator. When the door is opened, apply your anchor technique immediately by pressing your earlobe with your middle finger or touching the forehead. Thus you may feel the pleasant things again. Thus your subconscious mind altered the fear of elevator with the pleasant feelings. And with this you can reduce your phobia totally. The technique is very simple and easy, isn’t it? Our subconscious mind is very powerful and it can easily motivated by nature. So, through anchoring technique we can easily removed our traumatic and fearful experiences from our subconscious mind with replacing one the pleasant moment of our life within a second. This may removed for a lifetime if the way is completed purely and with belief and care. NLP techniques are all about that. It provides many techniques to get rid of unexpected memory as well as to be concentrated and achieve the highest success as quickly as possible.
